The cost of the receptions, meals, and evening entertainment are included in the registration fee. Conference attendees may invite guests to these events for a per-person fee for each event.

Registration fees include a complimentary individual TxDLA Membership and an Associate Membership in USDLA. This is not included with the One Day Pass.

Cancellation Policy: You must make all cancellations in writing via email to Lisa Tomsio at conference-cancellations@txdla.org or by mail to TxDLA, 823 Congress Ave., Suite 230, Austin, TX 78701.

Cancellations made on or before February 21, 2010 will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Between February 21, 2010 and March 12, 2010, you will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations received after March 12, 2010. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
