Exhibitor Packages
If you are not able to be a partner of this year’s conference, but would like to exhibit, please review the following information. If you have chosen a partnership level that includes a booth, you will not be charged, but still need to reserve a booth by completing the exhibitor contract. Don’t miss out on this once-a-year opportunity to expose your company and products and/or services to a target audience of Distance Learning Professionals.

Corporate Exhibitors

  • A 6’ skirted table, two chairs, pipe and drape, and sign to identify the display.
  • The opportunity to set up a “tabletop” display or “booth” and a reasonable amount of stand-alone equipment.
  • Opportunity to present a 45 minute vendor-showcase during breakout session (vendor-showcase available on a first-come, first served basis as space is limited. Vendors must request and submit session information by deadline specified in contract).
  • The inclusion of the Exhibitor’s name and logo on the TxDLA website (including a 50-word company description) and in the printed program.
  • Opportunity to provide information or promotional item in registration kit (must provide enough copies for all registrants).
  • Two full Corporate conference registrations with TxDLA Memberships. *
  • Three (3) badge passes for booth representatives/workers who don't want to participate in the entire conference. (No meals are included in these passes). *
  • Space allocated for each booth measuring approximately 8’ deep x 10’ wide. There will be 8’ high pipe and drape along the rear of the space, and each space will be separated by 8’ x 3’ pipe and drape.

  • Space approximately 6’ deep x 10’ wide.
  • Two full Corporate conference registrations with TxDLA Memberships. *

  • Three (3) exhibitor badge passes for booth representatives/workers who don't want to participate in the entire conference. No meals are included in these passes. Additional exhibitor attendees other than the two (2) conference registrations and the three (3) complimentary badge passes will be required to register as regular conference attendees.

  • Please note that the cost of electricity (20 amp duplex), internet connection (10/100 ethernet drop), and carpeting is included in the corporate booth package price. Carpeting is included in the non-profit booth package, but electricity and internet are NOT included in the non-profit exhibit package. There is no need for exhibitors to make advanced arrangements for internet or electricity unless a dedicated T1 line is needed.

  • CANCELLATIONS: Exhibitor cancellations made prior to February 21, 2010 will result in a loss of $100 (cancellation fee). Cancellations made after February 21, 2010, but prior to March 10, 2010, will result in a loss of 50% of total payment. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER March 10, 2010.
