Exciting progress on the physical lab space! The furniture is being installed yesterday and today: Flexframe shelving for storage and display of tech tools, C: scape workstation at the entrance. The big (and I mean really big) “campfire” table for group discussion will be in front of the Smart Board 885 when that piece is installed next week. Our glassed-in offices will give us a bit of privacy but work well with the open collaborative concept we have for the lab. Next week we will see installation of the Cisco video conference system which will be complemented by the Mediascape lounge. Yet another area for bringing together creative minds (both local and global) to address the challenges and possibilities at the crossroads of education and technology!
