Forward with Fall

LINK Lab is crackling with activity this fall semester!

Our program of public events features a wealth of expertise on compelling topics presented in a variety of formats. Digital synchronous instruction, strategies for engaging underrepresented learners, learning analytics, the built environment, MOOCs—to name but a few, shared through webinars, speaker spotlights, a workshop, a colloquium, a symposium, and panel discussions. All public presentations will be streamed live and archived for post-event access. So, if you are as passionate about digital learning as we are, there is a session for you!

Professional Learning Community (PLC) at UT Arlington kicks off the first week of September. Because of its reputation for energizing work and professional growth, we’ve expanded to four groups this year:

Building Online Community
with Andy Herzog,
Technology Tools for Teaching with Diane Mitschke,
Open Educational Resources with Peggy Semingson,
Retooling the Core with Laurel Mayo

These 4 groups will collaborate to present the CONNECTIONS Mini Conference in the spring semester which will showcase their projects and research conducted throughout the academic year.

LINK is the hub for global conversations on digital learning; you are invited to join us here in the lab or on the web!
