Lesson 5 »

1. Analyzing Your Analysis

Now you are going to analyze this whole process that you have just gone through of creating an exercise plan. By analyzing how you did, you can find out things about yourself that you may have ever known. You can also get some ideas about how to improve your exercise plan.

First, let’s start off by analyzing your analysis worksheet from the last lesson. Think back to the questions that you answered on the “How Did Your Exercise Plan Go?” worksheet. Then answer the questions in Part 1 of the “Exercise Plan Analysis” worksheet. If you need a copy of this worksheet, click here to download and print it out (pdf file: 13 KB).

2. Analyzing Your Exercise Plan

Next, we are going to analyze your actual lesson plan. Take a look at your calendar that was printed in the last lesson, and answer the questions in Part 2 of the “Exercise Plan Analysis” worksheet.
