1) Nutrition Information

Nutrition is a complex subject. To make it more complex, what is good for you nutritionally may not be good for me. To start this lesson, you are going to do an Internet search for facts about nutrition. The first place to start is on the Food & Drug Administration’s web page:

Look around their site for nutrition facts for people at your age level. Then take a look around the Internet to see what other information you can find. Make sure you record what you find as you search.

2) Appropriate Sites

You also want to be sure that every site you find is an appropriate site. For a review of the how to find appropriate sites, look over the lesson from a few weeks ago:
