Medium level nutrition changes are for people who want to get serious about weight loss and eating healthy. Medium changes mean that you make several changes to the way you eat. Medium nutrition changes will help you lose weight better if they are combined with some exercise changes.
Some medium level nutrition changes include:
- Only having dessert or snacks 2 or 3 times a week
- Having one low fat and/or low calorie meal a day
- Reducing the size of the portions you eat
- Anything to make some significant changes to the way you eat
