Itıs okay if you don't follow your plan perfectly at first. It sometimes takes several attempts before something sticks. Keep trying until you get your plan down and you will probably be pleased with the results.

But don't let that plan be the end of your health improvements! Once you have been able to stick to your plan for about 30 days, try to raise the bar a little bit! Come back to this site and try a higher level of changes for either your nutrition goals, or your exercise goals, or both. Make a new plan and add it to your current plan.
