Small nutrition changes are anything that you can do to eat healthier. Small changes could also mean that have one or two low-fat and/or low-calorie meals a week. Small nutrition changes most likely won't help you lose weight unless you combine them with some big exercise changes, but they can be a good place to start a healthy lifestyle change.
Some small nutrition changes include:
- Skip dessert or snacks at least once or twice a week
- Choose the low fat option at a restaurant at least once a week
- Plan at least one or two low fat and/or low calorie meals a week.
- Anything to change the way you eat
