Big nutrition changes are for people who want to get really serious about weight loss and staying healthy. Big changes mean that you make daily changes to what you eat. Big nutrition changes will be the most effective if they are combined with medium-level or big exercise changes.

Some big nutrition changes include:
  • Stop eating snacks and desserts 6 days a week
  • Change all of your meals to low fat and/or low calorie options
  • Only eat low fat options when eating out
  • Anything to make major changes in the way you eat
