Lesson 5 »

Steps:
1.  Analyze exercise analysis worksheet for lessons learned – learners will complete a worksheet that helps them analyze what they have learned through the process of analyzing their exercise plan.
2.  Analyze exercise plan for lessons learned – learners will continue the worksheet from the first step, which will help them analyze what they have learned through the process of planning and implementing the exercise plan.
3.  Create blog entry – learners will compile the answers to these questions in the form of a blog entry that will be submitted to the instructor.

Overview:

Pre-instructional Activities:
The lesson will begin with a motivational activity to gain the learner’s interest.  The activity will begin with a short lecture about how blogs can help us to track our thinking process.  The technical aspects of using the Moodle blog activity will also be reviewed.

Content Presentation:
After the learners are logged in to the class, the rest of the activity is self-guided.  Learners will be able to download and print up a copy of the worksheet that they need to use in analyzing their exercise analysis worksheets and exercise plans.

Learner Participation:
Learners will answer the questions on their analysis worksheet.  Learners will then take everything they have learned so far and create a blog entry using the Moodle blog function.

Assessment:
The learner will demonstrate to the instructor that he/she is successful by completing all required elements on the Lesson 4 grading rubric.
