Goal: Students will analyze personal eating habits to identify areas for improvement. |
Given a survey of eating habits (CN), learners will be able to demonstrate the ability to complete the survey and use the results to create a personal nutrition plan (B). They will complete a calendar with at least three activities per week for a four week period minimum (CR). |
