Steps in Instructional Goal

Performance Objectives for Steps

1.  Learning about exercise plans

Given a list of websites about exercise plans (CN), learners will be able to determine which plan would best fit their lifestyle and time constraints (B).  The learner will explain this choice to the instructor (CR).

2.  Goal setting

3.  Create exercise plan

Given a calendar tool (CN), learners will be able to determine steps to creating an exercise plan (B).  The learner will have weekly and monthly activities listed on the calendar (CR).

4.  Analyze partner’s health plan

Given a partner’s personal exercise plan (CN), learners will be able to analyze the plan to see if it contributes to greater physical health (B).   The learner will make recommendations for change (CR).

5. Revise exercise plan

Given a partner’s feedback on a personal exercise plan (CN), learners will be able to make changes to their personal plan (B).   The learner will revise the plan based on partner input (CR).
