1. Analyzing Your Analysis

Now you are going to analyze the whole process that you have just gone through of creating a nutrition plan. By analyzing how you did, you can learn new things about yourself that you may have ever known. You can also get new ideas about how to improve your nutrition plan.

First, let’s start off by analyzing your analysis worksheet from the last lesson. Think back to the questions that you answered on the “How Did Your Nutrition Plan Go?” worksheet. Ten answer the questions in Part 1 of the “Nutrition Plan Analysis” worksheet. If you need a copy of this worksheet, click here to download and print it out (pdf file: 13 KB).

2. Analyzing Your Nutrition Plan

Next, we are going to analyze your actual nutrition plan. Take a look at your calendar that was printed in the last lesson, and answer the questions in Part 2 of the “Nutrition Plan Analysis” worksheet.

3. Lesson 8 Blog Entry

Go to the Health Online Blog to add a new blog entry about what you have learned in this lesson. Include everything that you answered on the “Nutrition Plan Analysis” worksheet.
