Learning how to set a good goal is very important. If you set a goal that you can't reach, you will just give up eventually and probably get really frustrated.

Write Down Your Goals
Now that you know how to write some good goals, take some time to create a health goal. You can make a goal for exercise, or for nutrition, or one for both. Write down these goals on your Health Goals worksheet.
