Medium level exercise changes are for people who want to get serious about weight loss and getting in shape. Medium changes mean that you add a good workout at least 3 days a week. Medium exercise changes will help you lose weight better if they are combined with some eating changes.

Some medium level exercise changes include:
  • Going on a jog for a decent amount of time (15-30 minute) at least 3 times a week
  • Doing an aerobic exercise video at least 3 times a week
  • Lifting weights at least 3 times a week
  • Anything to add a consistent exercise routine to your life
