Small Exercise Changes
Small exercise changes are anything that you can do to add more activity to your daily schedule. Small changes could also mean that you add a light workout once a week. Small exercise changes most likely won't help you lose weight unless you combine them with some big eating changes, but they can be a good place to start a healthy lifestyle change.

Some small exercise changes include:
  • Walking around your neighborhood, house, or apartment for 10-15 minutes once or twice a week
  • Taking the stairs in buildings instead of he elevator/escalator
  • Doing some stretches or light exercise (sit-ups, leg lifts, etc.) in the morning
  • Anything to add activity to your day
