Big Exercise Changes
Big exercise changes are for people who want to get really serious about weight loss and getting in shape. Big changes mean that you get a daily intense workout at least 5 days a week. Big exercise changes will be the most effective if they are combined with medium-level or big eating changes.

Some big exercise changes include:
  • Going on a run for a decent amount of time (15-30 minute) at least 5 times a week
  • Doing an intense aerobic exercise video at least 5 times a week
  • Lifting weights at least 5 times a week
  • Anything to add an intense and consistent exercise routine to your life
