Q: Do I have to register if I am a presenter?
Yes, all conference attendees must register for the conference. If you are only attending during your scheduled day of presentation, you and all co-presenters will need to purchase a one-day conference registration.
Q: What is included in my registration fee?
The registration fee includes the entire conference experience of breakout sessions, special keynote sessions, exhibit hall, all entertainment activities (and applicable transportation), and most meals. A complimentary annual membership in TxDLA and associate USDLA membership are also included in the full conference registration.
Q: Do I have to be a current TxDLA member to register for the conference?
NO... you do not need to be an active member of TxDLA. Your registration fee for the conference will include a one-year TxDLA and USDLA membership beginning March 21, 2010 thru March 31, 2011.
Q: Do presenters need to pay for a conference registration?
Yes. Presenters are encouraged to attend the entire conference and to do so, they will need to pay the registration costs. If the presenter will only be in attendance during their presentation time slot, they must purchase a one-day pass.
