Several times in the course, we’ve detailed that we see a “two hump” problem: the first is the crisis hump and it’s what we’re facing now. In the next six weeks, this will somewhat diminish. We will then face the fall “planned-move-online” hump. To move online with intention requires learning design frameworks. Harriet shares her experience in creating an online university in Arkansas, including the role of learning design and the need for systemic support.
