AJAX Launch: Online Windows Applications
Even though this isn't an article, it is an interesting site for online classes. AjaxLaunch has free online programs that act like MS Word and MS Excel. There is also an olnine Paint program and an online video editor. These tools don't do everything you want, but they do have enough features to make them attractive alternatives when expensive programs are not available.
