Goal: The student is expected to analyze the health messages delivered through media and technology.

Given a new set of websites (CN), learners will be able to analyze the health messages about drugs and alcohol delivered through the Internet (B). They will contain an analysis of the health messages about drugs and alcohol delivered through the Internet. (CR).

1.   Analyze personal website

Given a completed websites (CN), learners will be able to complete a worksheet with analysis questions (B).  The learner will answer all questions on the worksheet (CR).

2.   Analyze partner’s website

Given a partner’s web site (CN), learners will be able to analysis the web site for strengths and weaknesses (B).  The learner will identify three strengths and three weaknesses (CR).

3.  Create blog entry

Given a blog tool (CN), learners will be able to record their website analysis (B).   The learner will complete blog entries that will be evaluated for facts contained and analysis of the health messages about drugs and alcohol delivered through the Internet (CR).
