Purchase Justification:
I choose this equipment because these are quality computers and accessories that will provide students with the opportunity to learn current technology skills. The computers and server come pre-loaded with all software needed. Also, the costs were kept low enough so that a large portion of the funds can be set aside for future upgrades and repairs.

I choose to use a digital whiteboard because this will allow the instructor to interact more with the presentation. This higher level of interactivity will help the instructors to be more productive in their teaching, and this in turn will help to improve test scores. I also choose to purchase a tablet PC for the teacher so that the teacher can move around the classroom as he or she is making the presentation. The wireless router was also added to enable the TabletPC to be used anywhere in the room.
